Architecture · Trust Boundaries

Control is a system of layers.

RegalGov connects authority, operational applications and deployment boundaries so responsibility can be explained from identity through evidence.

01

Authority architecture

Identity and persona combine with atomic business authority, company/branch/BU scope, policy, SoD, approval and evidence. Effective authority is the intersection of those layers—not a title alone.

02

Application architecture

Governance services extend finance, procurement, sales, inventory, projects, people, KPI, shipping and executive intelligence through a shared control model.

03

Deployment boundary

The reviewed shared-infrastructure deployment separates tenants by database. Public marketing, platform administration and tenant application traffic remain distinct trust boundaries.

Foundation note: RegalGov is built on Odoo 19 Community Edition and extended through RegalGov modules. Deployment and control claims apply to the reviewed architecture and configured scope.

The control stack

Authority becomes effective through combination.

Identity, scope, access rules, sensitive-data visibility, policy, approval, segregation of duties, evidence and intelligence each narrow what an actor may do.

01Identity + persona
02Authority + scope
03Policy + approval
04Evidence + intelligence

Map your trust boundaries.

Start with one sensitive action and trace who can request, execute, approve, observe and evidence it.
